We had a lineup of four successful events and were able to visit Salt Lake City, Pueblo, Omaha & Des Moines this year.

Muscle Wall Used for Dewatering Solution
Problem: The iconic Boathouse at Forest Park in St. Louis, MO, located on the Post-Dispatch Lake, is undergoing a renovation to expand the restaurant grounds. Plans include moving the shoreline 20 feet away and rebuilding the docks farther out, creating more green space for guests. To accomplish this renovation, ASP Enterprises’ customer needed to dewater an area of the lake to install a retaining wall.
Solution: The 6’ Muscle Wall units are being used here for dewatering. Muscle Wall is an excellent solution, as it’s flexible and can be installed over any terrain, and is adjustable to fit the size and needs of a project. People Like Us Do Things Like This – The 2026 Annual IECA Conference in Fort Worth, TX (March 2-4) featured Barry Fagan as the keynote speaker. Barry’s presentation, titled “People Like Us Do Things Like This”, was excellent. Barry expertly described the work of people in our industry, and specifically, the International Erosion Control Association. In short, Barry highlighted the good people doing good things and emphasized the importance of relationships. I was reminded of the wise words, “Let us not grow weary from doing good.”
