Air-Bloc Air Vapor Barriers

Air-Bloc 31MR

Using spray application or with a trowel, Air-Block 31MR provides an air barrier membrane over a variety of construction surfaces with vapor permeance. Air-Bloc 31MR displays strong adhesion to surfaces such as block, concrete, stone, wood and metal. This product may also be applied to damp or green concrete. When cured, Air-Bloc 31MR becomes a tough, monolithic rubber-like membrane. To suit varying project scales, Air-Bloc 31MR is available in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.

Air-Bloc 32MR

Similar to Air-Bloc 31MR, this variation may also be applied by spray or trowel. However, this variation creates a barrier impermeable to both air and vapor when applied to construction surfaces such as block, concrete, stone, wood, metal insulation and gypsum board. Air-Block 32MR will retain its flexibility though varying temperatures and create a seamless system capable of bridging cracks. Included in this mix is mold resistant formulation. To suit varying project scales, Air-Bloc 32MR is available in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.

Air-Bloc 33MR

In addition to offering impermeability to air and vapor, Air-Bloc 33MR is also UV resistant. This product is also applied by spray or trowel to create a seamless, durable membrane. Air-Bloc 33MR may be applied to most construction surfaces, including block, concrete, stone, wood and metal. This variation is also suitable for application to damp concrete. Similar to Air-Bloc 32MR, this variation also contains a mold-resistant component. For smaller and larger projects, Ai-Bloc 33MR is available in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
