Short Term Erosion Control Blankets

Temporary Erosion Control Blankets keep soil from wearing down and running into our waterways. Short-term ECBs will last approximately 12 months and are manufactured in both single and double net varieties. These ECBs are made of natural materials with synthetic netting, with some biodegradable versions offered as well.

American Excelsior Curlex provides ideal conditions for grass growth while preventing wind and water erosion. When wet, the blankets also have a built-in swell factor to expand the fibers and create a stronger matrix. Curlex CL offers a lighter weight, less expensive option that will facilitate vegetation growth.
