Underseal Underslab Membrane

Underseal Underslab Membrane is designed to eliminate the passage of water and vapor through concrete slabs on grade. This membrane protects floor finishes and indoor air quality, as well as acting as a barrier to harmful methane and radon gases. Underseal Underslab is typically used horizontally over a prepared sub base such as compacted soil, mud slab or stone, but Underseal Underslab may also be used in vertical applications. 

Underseal Underslab has superior pucture resistance, offering higher than Class A Vapor Barrier requirements. This membrane creates a strong adhesive bond with the concrete while maintaining flexibility for ease of installation. Underseal Underslab is also made in a Winter Formulation, available October through March.
